Alone at the bar, trying to drown his sorrows wandering to himself if there's a better tomorrow with each sip, he dwells further into his past sitting there through the night, until the bottle spills its last A bottle, a bucket of ice and an ashtray on his table drinking all night until he cant stand, or is barely able a mind already so clouded, just getting darker once a clear picture, now blurred out by a black marker Reminiscing about the his past mistakes Singing sad songs, wondering what it takes To amend his wrongs and make things right But he slips so far,  he just gives up the fight The bar keep looks at him, staring blindly into space wondering to himself 'how does this guy keep this pace?' his mind is open and free from all the poisonous memories, only when his body is overflowing with booze, does he find his victory The only thing that he doesn't want to is get in to a fight because that would only ruin not only his but also ever...

I've said it before, I'll say it again this world has lost the plot so many people have died in vain either executed, blown up or shot All in the name of religion and God, wasted lives for a reason makes no sense if not in the street, then a hospital ward, how can anyone be so dense? How did we forget that simple fact? how can you ignore the shame? how do you keep up this senseless act? have you forgotten we're all the same? We're all Human! thus we're all the same! The same flesh and blood, just born in different cultures the fact that no one realises this is a crying shame! and now we're all victimised by senseless vultures What gives you the right to take innocent lives away? who gave you the power to decide who lives & dies? haven't you noticed the rivers of blood flowing everyday? haven't enough innocent people been made to cry? When will you realise you're only killing your own? people just like you and me, regardless of Nationality or race...

What the hell is this country coming to? why are we turning a blind eye to the atrocities that keep happening? children are being abused and killed, women are being raped, murders all over the place, blatant disregard for human life on roads? is it just me or has Sri Lanka  'evolved' so much that human beings, have become unbelievably stupid? Let's begin with the number of road accidents that have been happening over the last month or so, all because of stupid drivers with no patience, because everyone has to be in such a damn hurry, that they don't realise other lives are in danger. The worst of the accidents thus far, involved two buses and a defender. Whoever was driving the defender, was on the wrong side of a singular white line and was speeding toward a blind bend. And for what? what was the point of that? so many died, so many were injured, and it all could've been prevented. Take a good look at the world today, At this once beautifully mysterious place Does everyone have to continue living in fear? Is this truly what any 'God' in any religion wanted for the world? We live in a world full of hate, pain and evil Honestly, how can people be so ignorant? Intolerance is a horrible thing, Why can't the people get along and live together? How can we as humans spread so much hate? Why are we afraid of people who are different?
