Imagine this, wouldn't it be really nice?
if everything was good and didn't just suffice
like a day outdoors, when the weather was sunny
not a concern in the world, least of all money

Birds chirping, sitting way up in the trees
and everything falling into place with ease
a job that gives you everything you need
recognition without delving deep into greed

A partner, a confidant both loving and loyal
with a heart of gold and the beauty of a Royal
the only one who gets you and your every desire
and a lover that craves you with eyes of fire

Friends who show you both respect and love
a crew that has your back when push comes to shove
a family who loves and supports you through all
and there's nothing on earth to make you feel small

It's a perfect life without a worry in your heart
nothing ever going wrong or falling apart
two cars and a house with no mortgage or debt
with food on the table and a dog for a pet

Sounds amazing doesn't it? A dream come true?
it's everything you wanted and it's all for you
its happiness personified, what could go wrong?
no staying afloat or having to stay strong

But in reality, this isn't how the world works is it?
we all have to work hard and earn every little bit
because not everybody gets to live a life like this
and the people that do, live in ignorant bliss
